How to protect yourself from ransomware
Posted On July 11, 2021
If you are still facing the risk of ransomware in your computer, you may want to think about installing a software update.
That’s the advice from security experts from the firm Kaspersky Lab, which has recently released a new product, the Kasperski Anti-Ransomware Suite.
The product is a free update that comes with a built-in ransomware protection, Kaspersko said.
While it’s a great option, KMS also suggests you should install a ransomware protection suite that is already installed on your computer.
You can find KMS Anti-Lockdown suite for free on the company’s website.
You will have to manually install the software on your PC.
You should also be aware that the software is still in beta stage.
You may have to wait for the full version to be released in the near future.
However, you can try out KMS to get a feel for the new version before deciding to go ahead with installing it.
Kaspersk Anti-Piercing Software is available for free from the company.
