New York, NY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Life Insurance Company Life (LLC) Inc. announced today that it has withdrawn all life insurance coverage from its current and former policies due to the pandemic.
The company said in a statement that while the company is aware of the impact of the pandemics and is working to ensure that all policies and policies offered through our NY Life program remain in place, the company’s policies have been removed because of the outbreak.
“We want to make it clear that we are very concerned about the pandems impact on our customers and the millions of people who depend on us to provide health care,” said Brian Cramer, Chief Executive Officer of Life Insurance Company, in the statement.
LLC said it is actively reviewing its policy portfolio and will reevaluate how it provides coverage for people with specific needs during this time.
The company said it will also be monitoring the health and financial status of its employees, and will continue to work with them to improve their health and safety.
